We were very impressed with this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, away from the main center but still within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with free welcome beers and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a patio where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel also had a fantastic outdoor swimming pool that was heated, with sun loungers where we could unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a bonus. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is perfect for families, providing swim nappies and other amenities for our baby. It's an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We will be back without a doubt. Fantastic location, the room was good sized, perfect and very clean. There's Osushi within 15 minutes walk or so, loved their menu. Furthermore, they had free wifi.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a beautiful and well-considered design. The hotel was new, so everything was clean and fresh. One of the standout features was the free bike hire, which made it so easy to explore and get to the beach. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had a homely atmosphere and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had spacious and well-furnished rooms with quality linen and skin/hair products. We loved the complimentary welcome nibbles, beers, and glass of rose. The beautiful pool and well-kept grounds were a delight. Bikes were available for exploring the city without having to use the car. The location was away from the nightlife and close to the heart of the city, next door to a cafe.

The relaxation was quickly interrupted by the noisy children who were allowed to run wild around the pool area. The noise was not controlled or enforced by the hotel, leading to a complete lack of peace.

We loved the extra touch of having bikes available for guests to ride into town. It was such a great idea and added to the overall experience. The lovely umbrellas were a nice touch and came in handy. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and we appreciated a good night's sleep. The gardens were beautifully maintained and added to the overall charm of the hotel. We also loved the Hunter and Kevin Murphy toiletries provided, it showed attention to quality. Lastly, our son absolutely adored the blankets!

Everything was spot on.

We stayed in a room near the end, which was quiet despite being on a busy street. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool area was beautiful. It was close enough to most of the attractions in the area, including the centre of town and Byron Bay.

The glasses and mugs were not clean, and the kitchenette required our own cleaning. It was a shame considering the otherwise good service we received.

Had a Christmas stay at this hotel. The room was stylish and spacious, with superb facilities. We enjoyed the beautiful scent of lemongrass. Free bikes were available.

It was convenient to have such a tasty option right next to the hotel. The location was also great, with just a 15-20 minute walk into town.

We had the most amazing stay at the Bower! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We were surprised with an upgrade to a larger room and enjoyed riding the complimentary cruisers into town. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the amenities around it were top-notch. We loved the fact that we could borrow bikes and the mini-bar items were sourced locally. The $20 credit on arrival was a thoughtful touch. The room itself was perfect, with a cozy kitchenette and a luxurious rain shower. The Chromecast in the room was a nice bonus too. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the room being a bit dark at times and the pool getting crowded on our last day, we cannot wait to return to this laid-back luxury hotel. I highly recommend staying at the Bower for a truly delightful experience.
